MC43 – Basic HVACR

 Course Description:

This course covers the practical Mechanical refrigeration cycle and basic cooling principles and examines function of refrigeration components includes tubing fabrication and brazing, evacuation procedures, use of manifold gauges and system analysis, refrigerant piping and refrigerants troubleshooting.

Course Goal:

This course is designed to give the participant the skill of fundamental air condition system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Course Objective:

By the end of the course, participant will be able to:

  1. Install split and windows types.
  2. Make maintenance for different types of A/C.
  3. Fix the troubleshooting which faces him.

  1. Summary for tools ,materials and refrigerant gages
  2. Cycle of gas and parts of system of A/C
  3. Supplying and vacuum of cycle
  4. Maintenance and troubleshooting
