Course Description:

This course covers effective communication and coaching and counseling to employee relations.  Participants will understand the ways communication occurs in an organization, styles, and techniques for gathering information, and will explores appropriate uses of coaching and counseling to address workplace violence. 

Course Goal:

Participants will be aware of communication that is available in organization and their role in enhancing it. And understand the necessary techniques in applying coaching and counseling to improve employee’s performance outcomes.
