Course Description:
Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a relatively new term. It is an on-going process with several different but complementary elements including disaster recovery, business recovery, business resumption, and contingency planning.
This 5-day course covers the necessary techniques and tools needed to identify preventative treatments for continuity, and developing an organization- wide business continuity plan.
Course Goal:
To enhance the participants’ Knowledge, Abilities and Skills necessary to identify preventative treatments for continuity risks, and developing an organization- wide business continuity plan to deal with the consequences should the preventative treatments fail.
