Course Description

Value Management is the implementation of the Value Analysis Management philosophy in the organization and corporate operations, mastering all of the components that define the value of a good, a service, a project or a process. This 5-day course will provide the participant with the tools he needs to analyze the way his organization generates value and cost, to identify opportunities to reduce cost while maximizing value creation, and to implement management methods that will maximize the strategic, bottom-line impact of your company’s core processes.
