Course Description:

The ability to understand and develop a strategic, as well as a tactical, approach is now expected of a much wider spectrum of managers. Its application is not limited to the broad organizational objectives, but to the development of specific projects and the progress of operating units. This course explains the concept of strategic management and financial planning in the context of the business and individual operating unit. It includes case studies to enhance understanding, and to illustrate how individual contribution works in strategic terms.

Course Goal:

To enhance the participant’s Knowledge, Abilities and Skills necessary to successfully apply the concept and principles of strategic management and financial planning
