This program details the methods organizations use to communicate effectively with various audiences to build and maintain their image, which enables the organization to function smoothly and productively within society. A public relations management has a primary responsibility to develop and manage a two-way communication process between many types of organizations, including corporations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies and their public.
