Course Description:
This course is designed for those whose job assignments include delivering training, orienting new staff, or providing bibliographic instruction to graduate students. Moderately experienced and new facilitators will strengthen their ability to observe and intervene in group process, using group dynamics to further learning objectives, regardless of training content
