Course Description:
In this 5-day training course areas of analysis associated with training needs will be examined and guidance on how to use them will be provided. The participants will be encouraged to look beyond competency studies; and to conduct analyses of the context of the training, users of the training, the content of the documentation used in the training, and the suitability of training to resolve the identified performance problems
Course Goal:
To enhance the participant’s Knowledge, Abilities and Skills necessary to understand of how to investigate performance problems, how to evaluate data and determine training needs, and how to report his findings and recommendations
